Amalgamated Grup was registered as a consulting firm in 1987 and has been operating since 1989 from Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. From inception, the firm has had as its core mission the provision of first-class consultancy services to both the public and private sector.

That, the firm can assure any Client of the best possible service is evidenced by the fact that, within its first year of existence, it came out first in a competition for the Head Office Complex of Electricity Company of Ghana.

Also, it was among the top three Architectural firms in the National Affordable Housing Design Competition organized for SSNIT by the Ghana Institute of Architects in 1998.

In 1998, it also was among the three firms whose designs were approved for the  prototype Student Hostels implemented in all the public universities in Ghana-by-Ghana Hostels Company Limited.

The firm has successfully supervised numerous projects across the country.
